Edwards Inspections has been providing home inspection and energy performance certification services on domestic properties in all of Cornwall and North West Devon since August 2007.

Also offered are Home Condition Surveys (for the buyer) and Home Condition Reports (for the seller). All surveys and reports are compiled by a fully licensed and insured Home Inspector registered with SAVA, the Surveyors and Valuers Association, which is a leading and respected energy and surveying organisation. We also arrange Home Information Packs for homeowners and white label HIPs for estate agents.
