After receiving the instruction, we will make speedy contact with the home seller and carry out the inspection as soon as is convenient. Whenever possible the home owner is given a property questionnaire to fill out and sign, so that the Assessor has all relevant information. The completed EPC is usually issued within 24 hours of the inspection taking place. The Energy Performance Certificate can then be speedily inserted into the Home Information Pack. |

At the same time, the graph showing the ratings the property has achieved is released by us to the estate agent handling the sale for inclusion on the written and internet marketing details. We provide a service to Solicitors who are compiling Packs for their clients and need a local assessor to carry out the EPC. |
