When ordering a Home Information Pack, you may choose to:

  
  1. Order your own Home Information Pack, pay for it up front and keep control of it  
  2. Instruct a Solicitor to compile a Home Information Pack on your property together with the conveyancing of your sale

Should you wish to order your HIP and leave the conveyancing for later, Edwards Inspections will be able to assist you. Please contact enquiries@edwardsinspections.co.uk or phone us on 01840 212600 for further information. We will visit you, sort the paperwork, carry out the EPC or HIP, and process the payment.

The price for a HIP with an EPC is only £245*

  
   * This price is for a registered, freehold property in Cornwall.  It may be necessary to add £50 for an unregistered title and £33.50 for leasehold properties. For a paper copy add £11.  
     
 
Arranging a Home Information Pack through a Solicitor
 
 

Edwards Inspections can put you in touch with a local Solicitor who will compile your Pack and carry out the conveyancing of your sale. Payment would then be deferred until the sale of the property, its withdrawal from the market or six months passage of time, whichever comes first.  The Solicitor will quote the fee for this service.  For further information, contact:

  We provide a service to ESTATE AGENTS who are receiving instructions to market properties. Edwards Inspections will arrange a white label HIP and EPC leaving you to concentrate on selling the property.
