A service to architects and property developers. This certificate is required by Building Control before a Completion Certificate can be issued. We can organise the appraisal of the architect’s drawings for compliance with advice on deficient elements or specification before submission to Building Control. For the builder on completion of the construction we arrange for the Energy Performance Certificate to be created.

Builders will require this certificate if they intend to market a property prior to its completion.  This is an interim certificate and will still require an On Construction Certificate when the building is completed.   Fees start for this certificate at £95.  E-mail your requirements to: enquiries@edwardsinspections.co.uk

Code For Sustainable Housing

Codes run from 0 to 6. 

New properties built from Building Regulations 2006 and later, require an air permeability test.  There are a few exceptions.  E-mail your requirements to: enquiries@edwardsinspections.co.uk   and our air tester will contact you to discuss your needs and quote a fee.
